Ganaral
All bets must have the minimum number of selections as indicated at the top of the lists. If the minimum number of selections is not obtained then that line will be void (except in the case of rule 10). Should a match be brought forward, bets will stand provided they are placed before the kick-off. Selections placed after the kick-off will be void. Should a match be postponed or rearranged, bets will only stand if played
the following day, otherwise selections will be void. Sunday matches (and scheduled Monday matches where included on the coupon) are accepted. This rule applies only to the Saturday coupon. (See rule 14 for Midweek football). All bets are accepted up to kick-off time. If a bet is placed after the kick-off time of
any match those forecasts will be void and the bet will stand on the remaining matches. (If a bet is placed mistakenly on the wrong list providing it is acceptable on another list, the bet will remain valid). Ninety minutes playing time will decide the result of all matches. Extra time does not count. Perms are accepted provided instruction are clear. Any number of selections without specific instructions will be settled as an accumulator. Plans and other conditional bets are not accepted. Postal bets are not accepted unless prior arrangements are made with the management. Pools panel verdicts are not accepted. Should a client
enter his total stake at the bottom of the coupon but neglect to enter stakes at the bottom of each line, stakes will be divided equally. Should a client enter stakes at the bottom of each line but enter the total stake incorrectly, understaking the bet, settlement will be made in proportion to the total stake. Where a bet is overstaked, the bet will be settled as written and overstakes returned. Should a client enter a
line but neglect to enter the stake for that line, the bet will remain valid as long as provision has been made for that bet within the total stake. If provision has not been made for the bet within the total stake, that line will be void.

HALF-TIME FULL-TIME/DOUBLE RESULT BETS
Double Result bets are available on most matches on request. Singles and upwards
are accepted. Clients must select both the result at half-time (45 mins.) and at fulltime
(90 mins.). Selections are void if a match is abandoned before 90 minutes of
playing time elapsed.

ABANDONED AND VOID
If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes playing time has elapsed that match will
be void (unless it is restaged during that week, up to and including Sunday, when
the 90 minute score will govern settlement) and wagers will stand on the remaining
selections in the bet. Bets originally containing the correct number of selections but
including void or postponed matches will stand on the remaining selections in the
bet. Should a team play a different opposition to that on the coupon, or should a
venue be reversed, forecasts for that match will be declared void. Should a match
be changed from a home venue to a neutral one, forecasts for that match will be
declared void, unless the match is a FIFA/UEFA governed event (e.g. International
match, UEFA Cup, Champions League) when forecasts for that match will stand so
long as it is played in the same country of origin.

STAKING OF BETS
Enter the stake in the box at the base of each column to indicate the investment
you require on each line of selections. If you use permutation, the unit stake should
be written with the perm instructions alongside your selections, and the box at the
base of the column left blank.

SETTLEMENT OF WINNERS
Bets are settled at accumulative odds, palpable errors excepted, at the prices
displayed at the same time the bet is accepted. Odds are subject to fluctuation.

MINIMUM SELECTIONS
A minimum bet of a treble is accepted on the coupon Long List, unless otherwise
stipulated. When indicated singles & upwards are accepted on certain matches i.e.
League matches are televised live, F.A. Cup, League Cup and Scottish Cup matches,
European ties and international matches.
Singles & upwards may also be accepted on certain matches as indicated in the
coupon heading, or by way of a written notice, poster, T.V. screen, or rule card on
display in this office. Where such an advertisement or announcement is made, this
will supersede the minimum restrictions rule on this or any other coupon.
Doubles and upwards are accepted coupling a live televised match with any other
game(s), league or otherwise.

STAKING OF BETS
Where a match is played on a different day to that advertised on the coupon - bets
will stand provided they are placed before the match takes place. Where a midweek
match date is changed the selection will only be valid provided the match is played
within that same week, up to and including Sunday. Postponed matches moved to
another week will be void.

MAXIMUM PAYOUT
The maximum amount that can be won by any one client in any one day’s business
or on any one individual odds coupon or other betting slip irrespective of the total
stake is £100,000. This rule should be taken into consideration when staking wagers. We will not be
liable to pay any bet not recorded on our security camera.
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that investments are correctly and clearly marked.
We reserve the right to refuse any bet, or any part of a bet, offered to us. In the event
of a dispute arising from a bet or a rule, the matter will be referred for arbitration to the
“Racing Post”. Any announcement published in the “Racing Post” or other press is to
be read as being part of our rules. The placing of a bet signifies the clients acceptance
of our rules.

RELATED BETS
First Player to Score/Correct Score Forecasts are accepted for any match where
Correct Scores and First Player to Score betting is available. See special chart for
a full list of odds and rules.
Other related bets may not be combined where the result of one influences the
outcome of another (i.e. Man. Utd. to win in 90 mins and Man. Utd. to win 2-1 is not
permitted). Where taken in error such a bet will be settled with half stakes on each
result.

GOALSCORER BETS
Extra time does not count. Should a match be abandoned before 90 minutes playing
time has elapsed First Goalscorer bets will stand provided a goal has been scored.
Last Goalscorer bets void.
FIRST GOALSCORER: Players taking no part or coming on after the first goal has
been scored, stakes returned.
LAST GOALSCORER: A player who plays in any part of the official 90 minutes is
deemed a ‘runner’ for last goalscorer purposes. Stakes returned on selections who
take no part.
TO SCORE AT ANYTIME: A player who plays in any part of the official 90 minutes
is deemed a ‘runner’ for score at anytime purposes. Stakes returned on selections
who take no part.

UNDERS AND OVERS
On this list clients can predict how many goals will be scored in the individual games
featured. Each match has 3 possible outcomes: 1 or less goals, exactly 2 goals or
3 or more goals. Clients should mark selections as follows:
Mark 1 for 1 or less goals, Mark 2 for exactly 2 goals, Mark 3 for 3 or more goals.
Minimum number of selections is 3 (unless otherwise indicated - see rule 13). Should
a match be abandoned before 90 minutes playing time has elapsed, that selection
will be void unless 3 or more goals have already been scored at the time of
abandonment.

COUPONS COLLECTED BY AGENTS
In cases where bets are collected by an agent, should the kick-off of any match be
brought forward that match will be void and bets will be settled on the remaining
selections. The main agents prevailing prices at kick-off time will determine the
settlement of all agency bets. It is a clients responsibility to be aware of the
bookmakers maximum payout rules and to also be aware of the rules printed above,
as no correspondence will be entered into should a dispute occur.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Where a bet does not meet the minimum requirement then the customer will be
invited to add a selection(s) so as the minimum requirement is met. This will apply
win or lose. Claims for money back or void selections will not be entertained. It is
the customers responsibility to ensure the minimum requirement is obtained.

BETS AFTER KICK-OFF
in order to accommodate the many customers who manage to place bets on football
(in good faith) after kick-off time, we have decided to introduce the following rule.
Bets placed up to 3 minutes after kick-off time will stand if, and only if, a goal has
not been scored in those 3 minutes. Bets placed more than 3 minutes after kickoff
time will be void.
